"The room was nice but the air conditioner was so loud so it didn’t make sleeping very comfortable. The room was clean except for a couple bugs on the floor. "

Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. "TruReview- 2d and last year I will stay at this location hotel. Doors dont work and dont get fixed. Items in rooms constantly broken. I choose this brand across the country and of the dozen or more Ive stayed in, this is the worst for maintenance and broken ammenities."
