"2ベットルームに泊まりました。 ２棟あるタイプのヴィラです。 棟から棟に続く通路がないので一旦外に出てプール際を歩いて隣の棟に移動するのでちょっと不便だった。 雨の日は大変です。 バスルームとトイレが一緒でトイレの天井が空いてるので雨の日は便器がびしょ濡れになった。 周囲は静かで鳥と虫とカエル以外の音は聞こえず、 快適でした。食事はおいしく、外で食事するところもないので、ルームサービスを頼みましたがとてもおいしいです。 雨が降らない乾季に行くのがお薦めです。 "

"I expected a lot in this hotel because i book with the VIP access benefits. The staff didnt honor any benefits from VIP access even if I am the only guest in the resort. I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. "Leider waren wir mit dem Zimmer nicht zufrieden. Mehrere Lichtschalter haben nicht funktioniert und eine Birne war defekt, es war trotz eingeschaltetem Licht zu dunkel im Zimmer. Die Türen gingen sehr schwer auf und zu. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank war feucht, weshalb wir dort keine Kleidung lagern wollten. Der Safe hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Außerdem hat die Dusche ständig getropft. Insgesamt sind einige Reparaturen nötig."
