"The room was clean and nice, but some, though not all, of the staff were unfriendly. Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible. The first time I went, there was no waffle mix or fruit. The second day, I had to wait to get waffles because there was only one machine and the hotel had many guests, so I went out to buy some. It was a bad experience."

"I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. "

"Stayed a couple of nights due to an issue at my apartment. Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Amenities were really nice. Full equipped kitchen, and outside felt almost like an apartment complex and very home-y. Was very quiet for a hotel & grounds very clean with it being pet friendly. "The staff was very friendly however the property was not the cleanest. The halls smell like dog, the shower does not drain while running you’re standing in a pool of your shower water while washing, the bathroom sink was dirty, and the other hotel guests will stand in front of your window if you’re on the 1st floor and talk loudly for hours. If you’re not desperate I don’t recommend staying here. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading "

"I booked a suite with 2 king size beds, the room I got was a suite with 2 full beds. There was mold in the corner ceiling. The boxsprings were stained.. We slept on top of the covers. The bathtub/shower was dirty. The hotel hallways had a weird smell. The breakfast was okay."
