"We had two rooms. Both rooms were clean. On check-out day, when we went to our room to pack our things and check out after breakfast, we found the maid cleaning out our room, disposing of personal items such as unopened jarred food in a shopping bag as well as a set of eyeglasses, which we promptly retrieved from the trash. Rooms should not be serviced until there is confirmation that guests have checked out. Otherwise, everything was in order."

"Upon arrival, my room did not look like it was clean matter of fact.I know my bathroom was not clean.There was hair on the bathroom floor the water was leaking from behind the toilet. So there was a puddle of water. My entire stay again. Your staff was very friendly and nice, but the fact that I paid $209, and I had been in a dirty room with no working TV. "This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Not the cleanest. The pool was full of curly black pube hair, I had hair sticking to my hands that was not mine, just felt dirty the whole time. There was dirt in our ice bucket, had to be wiped out. The only working ice machine was on the fourth floor, washing machines and dryers you had to use on different floors due to not working. "Paid nearly $500 for one night… no AC, outdoor pool closed, two weddings making it nearly impossible to enjoy the grounds. Very disappointed."

"The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful."
