The bed was as hard as a board, and the pull out couch/bed look like they just fished it out of a dumpster. You couldn’t even sleep on it because of how dirty it was. "We booked this location three months ago and traveled five hours to be informed there were no rooms available. The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again."

"First time staying at a Tru so wasn't sure what to expect. For the price we paid the property was adequate. Breakfast was a decent continental breakfast with make your own pancake machine. A fresh yogurt dispensing machine using a Wisconsin creamery was excellent-even had ingredients for add-ins such as mini chocolate chips! Staff was ready to help and clean the table after guests finished eating. "
