Great location... but...
Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately.

Overall nice let down by spa
Clean and comfortable overall. At check in we were told the spa closes at 10pm and this is also written everywhere. We got dressed for the spa and went there at 8:50pm only for he woman there to tell us she’d had enough for the day and was closing up. Pretty disappointing as we wanted to relax after a days walking in the mountains.

Comfortable, spacious hotel for the whole family
Excellent, neat and spacious hotel with beautiful views from the room to start the day. Quite an unexpectedly positive surprise to find this in Pec pod Snezkou. Hotel restaurant was also excellent and we were delighted to have a lunch there every day of our stay. Hotels ski bus was extremely useful and always very helpful. Ski area very kids friendly with two great belt lifts and plenty of ski instructors. Overall an excellent experience.

Exceptional experience
The stay was really great - the hotel is clean, staff is friendly, spa is really good, but i'd recommend booking in advance if you're staying over the weekend.

Beautiful and very stylish pet friendly hotel with an exceptional staff and a great restaurant! I loved the architecture, the room was very stylish, clean, with a beautiful view and a lovely balcony to enjoy the evening drink. Great wellness (included in the rate until 5pm, charged extra at later hours). Exceptional kitchen and very professional staff. Not cheap for sure, but the service we got was worth the money.

Arguably the best hotel close to Snezka. Very beautiful facilities. Great staff which was very helpful. Rooms reasonably sized and very well equipped. The spa was excellent and the restaurant and bar were very well above average. My only complaint was having to bring bottles of wine to the bar downstairs to have them opened. Apparently the bar staff didn’t trust us to return the bottle opener. Very strange peculiarity. Perhaps the bar should be stocked with a few more bottle openers. I will be sure to bring my own on the next visit. Other than that, top notch hotel. I will return most definitely in the future.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer sind geräumig und schön. Das Bad ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Parkgebühren im Parkhaus zu teuer.

Schade, eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer modern und in sehr gutem Zustand. SPA Bereich muss extra gebucht werden. Frühstück lecker mit ausreichender Auswahl. Nun der Kritikpunkt: Bettwanzen. Die von uns angefragten härteren Kopfkissen waren mit Bettwanzen “verseucht“. Wir haben zwar nachdem wir die Stiche bemerkten und die Plagegeister entdeckten, ein neues Zimmer bekommen, allerdings blieb jegliche Entschuldigung aus. Schade

Příjemný hotel
Hotel je moc hezký, zaměstnanci velmi vstřícní. Na poměry českých hor každopádně nadpůměr. Trochu mne ale zarazilo, že bylo nezbytné odevzdat klíče od zaparkovaného auta, kvůli sdílenému stání. Ne každému toto vyhovuje, ani to, že s ním v průběhu bez Vás někdo manipuluje. Pocitově bych asi preferoval parkovací službu, kdy s tím člověk nějak i dopředu počítá. Snídaně velkorysé, menu v restauraci relativně strohé, ale z lokálních surovin a na krátký pobyt dostačující. Extra platbu za návštěvu wellness bych bral jako pozitivum pouze proto, že tam skoro nikdo nebyl a v poměru k příznivé ceně za pokoj. Malá výtka je k slehlému beztvarému polštáři a slabé ventilaci na pokoji. Ale celkově jinak fajn pobyt i dojem.
