I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could.

Struttura molto bella e curata. Appartamenti grandi e puliti. Piscina ed esterno molto bello (peccato non averlo usato a causa della pioggia). Unica cosa negativa che consiglierei di migliorare è l’accesso. Siamo arrivati quando era buio e non è stato immediato capire quale fosse l’accesso alla struttura sia pedonale che del garage non essendoci indicazioni. Inoltre entrando in garage in auto, non c’era alcuna luce automatica che si accendesse al nostro accesso, ed ho dovuto vagare nel garage aiutandomi con la luce del mio telefono per trovare un interruttore manuale, senza però trovarlo, quindi abbiamo dovuto scaricare l’auto al completo buio (situazione davvero poco piacevole che lo sarebbe stata ancor di più per una donna sola).

Amazing resort minutes away from Florence

Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!

自然の中にあるホテル。フィレンツェ市街まで車で３０分。

フィレンツェ市街まで車で３０分でアクセスできますので、車での旅行を計画されている方には使えるホテルです。施設はイタリアのレベルで考えると清潔です。 プールもあって夏の滞在には良いです。周辺は山岳部で決して便利なところではありませんが、自然に溢れているのがお好きであればよい選択肢かと。ホテル内にレストランはあり、Tボーンステーキは食べれます。ただ、周辺地域のレストランに行くには車での移動になります。５ｋｍ以内に何軒かレストランあり。ホテルの朝食が朝８時からと少し遅いのが難点ではあります。

Stay away from this place

The property is really nice in terms of design with lots of potential but unfortunately it’s really poorly run. The staff was helpful and kind but there were only 3 people working on the entire place, no receptionist, no concierge, no customer service. I would never stay here again.

Wir buchten das Hotel für eine Nacht und wegen des Virus wurde das frühstück sowie pool/spa nicht angeboten. Für eine Nacht war es ausreichend. Alles sauber und freundliches personal. Das parking war zudem inbegriffen und ins Dorf Pelago hat man zu Fuss nicht lange. Jedoch war das Bett unbequem und die zimmer etwas steril eingerichtet. Für mehr als 1 nacht hätte ich es nicht gebucht.

Ottimo per lavoro

Struttura ben tenuta, bella piscina. Appartamento un po’ anonimo con qualche arredo consumato. Buone le dotazioni anche se mi aspettavo una macchina per il caffè. Letto matrimoniale per me troppo scomodo, ma silenzio e tranquillità impagabile. In definitiva una buona sistemazione. Francesca top!

Appartement is brandschoon en er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Ik mis alleen in de keuken een afwasmachine. Buitenkant van het hotel valt tegen. Ziet er wat vervallen uit. Geen 4 sterren waardig. Ik mis ook entertainment voor de kinderen en in de avond voor de volwassenen.

We were here for the first time in 2015 when it was still brandnew and now after 4 years again , so we can compare. Nice area , nice resort , nice people ,good airco , but ... it lacked the needed maintainance after those years . Too less deckchairs at the swimmingpool , dirty walls in the swimmingpool , basic breakfast , cleanliness under average (we found even a used coffeecup in the drawer), dirty walls in the appartment created by smashing musquito's , dirty and slippery stairs towards garage and SPA , garage with no lines to park your car which result in bad parked cars and less free places ...at this moment the prices are not in accordance with the offered level. Lot of opportunities , but resort need urgent refurbishment .

La struttura è bella ed il personale gentile ma purtroppo l'organizzazione è carente. Pur essendo arrivati circa un'ora dopo l'orario previsto per il check-in, abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi mezz'ora per poter entrare in camera. Il personale addetto al servizio per le colazioni mi è sembrato sottodimensionato, con il risultato che per entrambi i giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato le bevande calde che dovevano preparare sono arrivate praticamente quando avevamo quasi finito di mangiare il resto, i tavolini erano apparecchiati alla bell'è meglio (uno dei due giorni mancavano le posate ed abbiamo dovuto attendere che qualcuno apparisse in sala per poterle chiedere) ed il secondo giorno il buffet era perfino sprovvisto di qualsiasi tipo di succo di frutta ed erano finite anche le riserve di magazzino e questo neanche a metà dell'orario previsto per le colazioni. Per finire lo scarico del lavandino era completamente intasato.
