"This is our 4th stay in 2 years! The staff here are incredible! They remember our daughter every time - Dhikha Ayu Teju omg theres so many to name Yuki Diah Komang Debbie we just are always so blown away at the incredible genuine and warm welcome we get at this resort. The facilities are SO clean, the standards are super high and everytime we go there's an area being upgraded or renovated! There is literally a man diving in the mornings to scrub and clean the pool tiles - I've never seen anything like it - the attention to detail by management and staff is incredible. We always try to change it up by trying a different resort each trip (we lovr Bali so try going often) and each trip we realise time and time again how superior this resort is. "

"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!"
