Canyon Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park
10/10 Excellent
"Location was perfect for accessing the park. Keep in mind, staying in Yellowstone is the absolute best option although it's more expensive... WELL WORTH IT... it's a big park; staying outside the park would have been frustrating and would have wasted a lot of time. If you stay here or anywhere in the park, there are no televisions in the room, no cell reception, and very limited or no internet access. I really liked this as it enhanced the focus and peacefulness of the beauty of Yellowstone without distractions.... some technology addicts will find this triggering... I say, suck it up and try it, you'll like it! The amenities are pretty good at this location and has everything you'll need... stores, food, gifts, etc. are all within a short walk."

"Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful view from room."
Pahaska Tepee Resort
10/10 Excellent
"This resort is only a short distance our the East Gate of Yellowstone NP. It is an excellent stop for those heading east after a long day in the park. The room was small, but perfect for it's use as a room for the night. It had no TV which allowed us to catch up on sleep. We had deer walking by our "teepee" during the evening which made it better yet. The bar and restaurant were great and the food and beverage selections were surprisingly expansive for such a remote location. The room was clean as was the bathroom. We will definitely recommend this to friends heading the Yellowstone way. It also produced some good pictures of the landscape with the cabins."
Lake Yellowstone Hotel and Cabins
10/10 Excellent
"Loved this stay! We stayed in a cabin right by the hotel and it was perfect! We loved sitting outside to stargaze. You will get a notification when dinner reservations can be made - make sure to do so! We made a reservation as soon as it was available but overheard some panicked visitors around dinner time who weren’t sure how to get table and were having to ask the front desk for last minute options. The food was exactly what we expected compared to other national park lodge dining options. The lake is beautiful and it set us up for a perfect starting point to hit West Thumb, Old Faithful and Grand Prismatic areas before heading to Grand Teton at midday. From the hotel I do recommend going to Hayden Valley for sunset. We found a great spot with a view of the valley and (safety distanced) bison."

Old Faithful Snow Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

"Really nice log cabin style accommodation. Quite small but cosy. We stayed during the summer which was nice, however, winter would be great as there are lots of blankets and the rooms have radiators."
