"The parking situation at the hotel is non existent. So you are forced to valet or drive around the Strand until you find parking on the street. My vehicle sustained damage that I noticed after using the valet and the hotel investigated and said it was pre-existing damage which was not the case. I used to enjoy staying here but not at the expense of my vehicle and the rooms had a damp smell as well."

"Hotel wanted to charge $20 for early arrival, check in was at 4;00 and I arrived at 3:45. I had to use the restroom, but lobby restroom out of order and was told to go to a gas station down the road. $15 for parking with no security cameras! Came back to the hotel at almost 5:00. Went to the room and had 1 towel. Then to top it off they said someone will be delivering towels to your room. I waited 1-1/2 hours nobody showed up. So I walked across the street to the beach. Went back to the front...

"The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Checking in was very simple and quick. The breakfast was amazing very nice setup for a buffet with lots of options to choose. I will be staying with them in the future."
