"Very good location in the main village, with numerous restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It’s also an easy walk to the lifts. Note that there is a daily parking fee for hotel guests to park in the garage. The lodge does not allow you to store your skis in the room - you must leave them with the front desk at the end of each ski day. While this sounds fine, the drawback is that the front desk is on an upper floor from the ground level plaza where you will walk back from the lifts, so after skiing all day you will have to walk up two flights of stairs with all of your ski gear to drop those off - there is no elevator available. Also note that from the front desk, there is no indoor access to walk to your room in the “D” wing of the lodge - you must go back downstairs and outside before winding your way back through interior hallways to get to the elevator which services the “D” wing. I found this layout of the hotel to be very confusing and inconvenient, as there is also very limited signage to direct you back to your area of the lodge. Other than those concerns, the location of this hotel makes it worth the extra effort required, and I would stay there again, especially for the reasonable price I paid to stay there during the spring skiing season."

"My favorite stay in Whistler because of the pool. Could stay out there all day! Great views. Hotel location is great too. Easy access to everything."

"The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall."
