"The staff are NOT helpful - Reported to the reception that the aircon remote control was not working properly… They sent someone who came to the room and checked - I clearly saw the person ‘anyhow’ pressed the faulty control and ‘pretended’ it’s ok. WOW! 😳 She insisted that it was just the angle that I’m using it incorrectly.
