Superou minhas expectativas.

Lugar excelente para ficar com as crianças. Fomos e voltamos a pé ao Parque Beto Carrero, embora o hotel ofereça transporte de cortesia. As crianças se divertiram muito com os monitores de recreação, piscina climatizada e no brinquedão molhado. A brinquedoteca também fez sucesso. Adoramos a estada no hotel. O jantar incluído na diária é algo que facilita após a chegada do parque.

Melhor opção em Penha e ao lado do Beto Carrero

Hotel surpreendeu positivamente em todos os aspectos. Atendimento impecável, cordial e eficiente desde o check in. Área de lazer e piscinas muito boas para crianças, muitas atividades de recreação. Ótimo restaurante (café da manhã e jantar). Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Região silenciosa e próximo ao Beto Carrero com serviço de transfer ao parque. Voltaria com certeza, recomendo.

Hotel muito bom porém evitem o quarto 102

Quarto muito confortável, bom chuveiro, comida com variedade e saborosa (café e jantar). Porém tive o azar de ficar num quarto do primeiro andar localizado acima da recepção (102) e isso traz alguns problemas: 1) Odor ruim no quarto - por algum motivo a recepção e estacionamento tem cheio muito ruim, e meu quarto também, pela proximidade. Se desligar o exaustor então (ao retirar o cartão do interruptor de energia) o quarto fica inabitável em poucos minutos. Melhorou após abrir janelas e jogarem um "bom ar", mas não me trocaram de quarto mesmo solicitando. Portanto, evitem ficar no 1o andar. 2) Muito barulhento. O hotel tem música ao vivo todos os dias e tambem uma recreação bem barulhenta com microfones e música. Isso tudo fica ao lado do quarto. O barulho acaba incomodando nesse quarto, porém após as 21:30h terminam o barulho.

Fomos surpreendidos positivamente pelo Hotel, em especial pelos colaboradores de todas as áreas. Turma da recreação excelente, atendimento da recepção e bares também. Gostei bastante do hotel, acomodações, cordialidade e opções alimentares. A equipe de recreação também era muito boa. Único ponto de atenção é em relação as músicas tocadas, quase 100% dos ocupantes do hotel são famílias com crianças e as músicas eram não apropriadas.

Ótima estadia

O Hotel fica bem próximo ao Parque Beto Carrero, e o objetivo do nosso passeio era justamente este, conhecer o Parque. O Hotel disponibiliza gratuitamente uma Van para levar seus hóspedes até o parque, estão de parabéns por esta iniciativa, mas dá para ir a pé, porque é perto. Optei por pensão completa, mas me arrependi porque na chegada, não tivemos direito ao almoço e no dia do parque e check-out também não almoçamos, e não foi dado nenhum desconto referente ao almoço. O café da manhã e jantar excelente com variedades, só ficamos incomodados com as moscas, deveria ter pelo menos uma telinha para proteger as sobremesas. O Hotel possui equipe de recreação, as crianças adoraram parabéns para as tias Chocolate, Wandinha e demais da equipe.

Excelente opção para quem vai ao Beto Carrero

Uma excelente opção para quem vai ao Beto Carrero. O Hotel fica literalmente na frente do parque e além de dar para ir a pé, o hotel oferece o serviço de transfer, o qual utilizamos. A alimentação no hotel é outro show a parte e, por fim, a piscina externa aquecida e a sauna são ótimos complementos para a recuperação física após um longo dia de parque
