"The staff member I engaged with first was rude and did t care that I had called ahead and there was a note on my account. He never offerd the business working area or to sit in the lobby. I was not impressed initially and the hotel is very dated. Also paid for parking when it never stated anything about that when booking and there wasn’t a parking garage. "

"Our toilet moved when we sat down. It appeared not to be bolted all the way down. The room phone didn't work. Our room was at the end of the hallway near a cleaning supply room and all I heard was continuous banging. The only perk was the check in clerk. I'm sure of her name; however, she was very pleasant. Provided great service and was engaging. She also recommended a great place for dinner."

"Gym small no more that 2 people can be there also the potatoes for the breakfast were cold. But all the employees great customers service "

"The staff was very polite and friendly and the hotel is alright for what it is. Nothing fancy of course but it still is decent. My only issue were the bed sheets were unclean and had stains as well as what looked like ashes on them. "

"This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!"

"Room, Major damage, hole in the closet door and more. Dirty, dirty EVERYWHERE, It was so bad I didn't let my feet touch the floor, the bed sheets were clean but that was all, No outlets, 120 or usb, I would've rated the stay an eighth of a star but this interface will not let you. "

"This place was not as advertised. It smelled like an animal shelter. The room was run down. Carpets severely stained with a foul odor throughout. Staff was friendly."

"No amenities, shower had standing water in it , walls and baseboards were dirty, base of the toilet was dirty,and the bathroom mirror had a film over it that you couldn't even see yourself in it. Was quite tho"
