"Originally I booked a king bed, and was given a queen. I was then told it was the same size. Clearly it was not so when I told the front desk they gave me a double room, and he told me "save your complaints for the morning". There were cockroaches on the bed, the toilet was broken, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. If I had been told this, I would have just taken the original room. The next morning I complained and finally got the original room I was booked for. I was told id be compensated and then it did not happen. I paid hotel prices for a motel. Genuinely do not bother coming here it is not worth it. They will upcharge you and give you a cheaper room."
