First time staying here, and I was genuinely impressed. I love that it’s family-owned and operated—it immediately gives the place a warmer, more personal feel.
PROS:
* The front desk staff were personable, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
* Being family-owned and operated really adds to the inviting atmosphere.
* The owner shared that they recently purchased the hotel and are in the process of renovating. What’s already been completed feels tasteful, clean, and calming.
* The room was comfortable and quiet.
* Despite the location, I never heard traffic—it’s nicely tucked away from the main road.
* The price was exactly what I was looking for—and even better, the final receipt came out lower than what I was quoted.
CONS (minor and easily fixable):
*Only one accessible room, and unfortunately, it was already occupied.
* No key-card access at the front entrance after hours—only side entrances are available.
* The toilets are quite low, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests.
Overall:
I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to the Milton/Pace, FL area.
