"Very fendly staff"

"Clean en suite bedrooms, cozy, and we had restful night. Electrical outlet not working so unable to use the electrical kettle to boil drinking water. Outlets are only for 2-prong cords. Be sure to bring your own adapter for 3-prong cords because the property does not have to lend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is just alright. It will be great if they have American breakfast where bacon and sausage are options. It is walking distance to S&R, to the new NCCC, and to Philippine...

"When I am traveling in and close to Davao I will “always stay here” because of everything noted. Excellent people, clean cool room, always someone there to answer any question you may have, the grounds and the pool are always being cleaned and a descent breakfast."

"Breakfast is great, especially the dilis and the chicken lumpia. It is Filipino breakfast but they have other options too. The room is clean. The AC however is not as cold as I want. But the staff are very polite and nice. Very accommodating. The location is everything. There is konichimart around the corner. I love their rice toppings. I would definitely go back there."

"This is a very old building, that should be either completely remodeled or torn down. How this hotel gets a high rating for anyone makes no sense. It is a very low budget place on the level of a dirtbag hostel. I would never go back. They don’t even make coffee in the restaurant. It comes to you with a cup of hot water and some instant. I actually left after the first night, even though I had paid for two."

"Decent room for the price but the WIFI is too SLOW. can't even reach inside the rooms. Hopefully they will upgrade their wifi coz they are a hotel in the city center yet no wifi."

"The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out."
