"Great location"

"We stayed at Seal apartment. It has two rooms; a full kitchen and it looks to the pool. The exterior has kept the colonial/Spanish architecture, but the interiors are fully renovated and new. The air-conditioning is silent (which is something not always you encounter). It's very close to entrance 8 and 9 to the beach, literally you just crossed the street. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a plus. It is also very close to the Siesta Key downtown, which is a beautiful beach town,...

"The room had everuthing we needed. I booked a room with a pool view and when i arrived i was pleasantly surprised by having a partial view of the ocean. The beach was just a few steps away which was great. Got to see some wonderful sunsets. Pool was amazing. "

"This was an excellent place to stay. The suite was clean and well kept. The beds are a little worn, but comfortable enough to sleep. The water pressure in the shower and sinks was the biggest negative. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again"

"This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. "

"Unbelievable value! Location was perfect and so were the amenities and the cleanliness of the unit. Our 5-6 time staying at AMI and the first unit we would stay at again. We will return to this place again and again. "
