"Property was well suited for beach access with food and beverage located nicely along the beach access points. Amenity fees were a bit Excessive at $55 per day, given they were limited to beach chairs and umbrellas. Up charge for beach view was higher than expected given the hotel was not full during our stay."

"Perfect location! Not far from Siesta Village. So a little less crowded. Trollys run every 15ish minutes making it very convenient. Beautiful pools and walking distance to the beach. Restaurants also walking distance. Wonderful place to stay! Can’t wait to go back!!!!"

"Beautiful location friendly staff roomy clean rooms. Overall 4 stars because coffee and breakfast didn't open until 7. I would have loved a coffee for my sunrise beach walk. Had dinner at the restaurant on site, delicious but brought the food out at different times so the last person had to eat well after everyone was served and orders were mixed up. People who say down 20 minutes after us ate before all of our party were served. Good in a bind but won't eat there next time."

"REALLY clean and neat— everywhere. Room was immaculate. Coffee available for you in the am, along with Amish baked goods and traditional breakfast items, all included in your stay price. Also really liked the glass shower— no shower liners!! Highly recommend if you are staying in Sarasota— not too far from beaches or other attractions."

"The Bilmar is 10/10 for a long weekend trip. Great location, beachfront, walking distance to a lot of local attractions. The Bilmar also has a car service and a trolley(for anything not walkable). AMAZING PLACE!!"
