"This location is walking distance to the stadium. But the bathroom in our room was below average in cleanliness and the sealing terminations in the shower are deteriorated. Another guest that we talked to also commented about the bathroom condition of their room. The buffet food was not good and there were no healthy choices. The elevator was very slow and had a broken tile on the floor. We will not choose stay at this hotel in the future."

"This place is always great! The location is great if you are looking to get right to the nightlife. Everything is always super clean. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the Cleveland area including the Ritz and Hyatt is my choice everytime."

"The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent."

"Room is ok, old and needed some upgrade. The tub has stains and lights were very dim. The conditioner and body wash are empty. The hotel room door is difficult to open, we had to push and pull it hard to open. Pool is very hazy and dirty, also they don’t have any shower in the pool area. We also had a hard time going in and out of their parking garage. It doesn’t open automatically even if you register your car with the front desk. You have to call them so they can open it for you.
