"All the staff was great. Our problem was with check-in Expedia never sent though our reservation. Lucky the great staff was able to fix the problem and get us a room. "

"The rooms were beautiful. While I appreciated the extra security, it got bothersome every single time you left your room. I didn't like that the pool closed so early, 8pm. I would have enjoyed a patio, or sitting areas outside. The restaurants closed early for a 24 hr casino. It says room service is available all night but it's not. Also didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms"

"The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next...

"The air in the room from the vents was pungent and almost made me want to throw up. It smelled of curry and other spices which also made my bedding smell that way. We had to leave early because it was so sickening. The owners or managers weee not friendly at all and won’t accept any responsibility for anything. I think I they take it as an insult to their culture DO NOT STAY HERE! It will fool you!"

"If you are wanting a weekend get away with your wife you would love this place from the spacous room to the wonderful pool and plenty of shopping spaces to even salt and ivy for breakfast you will not regret this trip and ready to go back after leaving"

"Room was clean, no signs of bugs. They don't have do not disturb signs since they don't offer daily house keeping. If you want extra towels or a trash bag you need to call house keeping for a request. There are no trash bags in cans at all in rooms. 2 or 3 of the restaurants are located in the back in the gaming area. Going to those will require you to travel the gaming floor and all the cigarette smoke. Also to enter the gaming floor to acces the restaurants you have to pass through metal...

"The hotel was clean and parking very easy and accessible. The buffet wasn't great, and the Shack was quite expensive, also not a great variety of food to choose from. I also thought I saw listed as amenities, a mini fridge and microwave. When we arrived, we were told that management removed all the microwaves due to fire detectors going off and guests having to leave their hotel room although there was not a fire. Palace should remove microwave from their room's websites. If I visit Biloxi...

"Nothing bad to say at all. Clean comfortable room. Only encountered one staff member at check in. He was friendly and professional. Slept well, woke up refreshed. Several good places to eat within a few minutes driving. Good value at this price point. Would stay here again."

"We booked and paid for our room four months ago. We arrived at approximately 3:40 p.m. only to be told that there would be a $15 fee for early check-in and that our room wasn’t ready anyway. Nor would it be ready at the actual check-in time of 4:00 p.m. When would it be ready? No idea. Ignore the fact that their policy states late charges depend on availability BEFORE 3:00 p.m. We were there well after that. Why would our room not be ready at check-in time?? You took our money four months...
