"The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was excellent! Hanging out at the pool table with my daughter was cool and of course being near the mall and shops were a plus! Definitely my go-to hotel when I’m in town! "

"Clean room and great staff. However outside our window was the intersection and all night we could hear cars slamming on their breaks and then stepping on the gas making it nearly impossible to get a good night sleep. "

"We realized chargers left in the room right after we checked out, the chargers have gone when we went back to the room for checking. And could not find it from the reception center, the staff are rude. We had to look for housekeeping people by ourselves… I reserved the room and left my bank information, when checked out, they charged from others’ credit card… that’s ridiculous!!!"

"This hotel and the management are superior to Any other KOP hotel I’ve stayed in! From top to Bottom all the employees are 5 star and care about their job!!! Breakfast was great and always attended to with super friendly care. The housekeepers are kind and hard working! Please consider this place!"
