"Lovely hotel - clean, pool for adults and separate for kids was great. Goodvalue for money, great sunbeds, good cocktails and Al a carte restaurants food were gorgeous and staff were excellent, attentive and really friendly. All staff were polite, efficient and helpful. Lovely accommodation.. and will look forward to returning"

"Excellent location right next to the beach and Villa clean and comfortable, with a lovely sized pool. Jacuzzi bath very broken and would have appreciated washing powder/dishwasher powder being provided but otherwise all was fine."

"Food was good, location good, hotel good. Just wasn't very clean. Got to our room and glasses and stuff were dirty. We asked 3 times for new bed sheets as they just didn't do it for 3 days in a row? For whatever reason. We requested clean ones at reception and the cleaners simply made our bed, left all dirty towels and bed sheets on"

"Beautiful hotel, had a room upgrade which was appreciated. Lacked info about services. Spa online prices not updated therefore today’s prices are not reflected (massive increases). Breakfast nice, staff attentive. Large shower head not working neither was the coffee machine, no ordinary black tea left in the room on either day. Pool area lovely and great location in Pernera. "
