Couldn't get a key to the room or any more card system down. No water in pool and bar had no pool tables. Couldn't get help when i came in had to go find someone to check me in. No bugs at all the bed was new, snd the room was a good size. Everything worked in the room.

This is a very old property that they are trying to renovate. Some rooms are “renovated”, but even the renovated rooms are not great. The A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable enough. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. This property just needs a lot more TLC.

Room had bed bugs bathroom pipes busted flooded bathroom tv no cable had wire for antenna worst experience ever and they wouldn’t give us a refund and hotel .com wasn’t any help either so the most horrible motel ever in my life costed me $250 for half a night

Two dead crickets on bathroom floor, stool leaked water onto the floor after flushing, safety lock on door was missing all three screws, shampoo bottles were from previous occupants (2/3 full), walls were dirty, multiple screw holes in wall by towel rack in bathroom, dirty floors.

The Hotel looks nothing like the picture. It was old and in need of some major repairs. Holes in walls and dirty sink, that would not drain. Tile floor that were dirty.

I had booked 2 nights when I arrived back at the hotel the second night they had given my room to someone else. The key card machine doesn’t work so you won’t get a key to your room. They will have to let you in. Pictures are not accurate.

Extremely unsafe place!!!!

Do not stay here!!!!. Pictures and current time are not at all the way it looks!!! They lie and will tell you they have it all remodeled, it’s not at all!!!! Bugs all in room(even the bed), blood stains on bed sheets, dog poop bedded into the carpet, locks on door didn’t work. It’s a very sketchy place, and the people that work there. Felt extremely unsafe here.

There were cockroaches in the room and parts of the hotel and currently condemned because of fires that happened years ago. The keys to get into the rooms didn’t work so you had to depend on there being staff to let you into your room and the supposed 24/7 staff was not available in the early morning. One of the other guests was locked out of their room at 4AM and were still locked out when I left around 7am

When we arrived Friday night at 11:15, we had to wait as another guest was being checked in. Their after hours check in is behind glass and locked door. The employee saw us but said nothing. When she was done with the guest, she grabbed her things, turned off the lights and went into the office. We knocked on the window and tried calling several times. When she finally answered she said they had no rooms. When we said we had a reservation, she said they changed management the day before. The open and vacancy signs were still lit when we drove away. We spent the next 30 minutes in a convenience store parking lot calling around to find a place to stay. Most everything was booked as it was family weekend at our child's college. The place we found ended up Costing 4 times what we had planned. Stay far away from this motel.

This place is a dump. Do not stay here. Hotels, take it off your website. The keys don’t work. We were told by staff that if we all left, staff would have to let us into our rooms again. When we pulled up to our original room, there were two other staff members just chilling in the rooms. Odd. We were redirected to two adjoining two double bed rooms, not what we paid for. None of the water in the room works correctly. One of the toilets leaks from the water line connection, the other sink being turned on causes water to come out of the shower. It’s not clean at all. Some of the carpet has simply come up and it isn’t replaced. There were dead bugs under the sheets of my bed. The sinks and toilets were terribly stained. The locks on our doors were also removed. We just… don’t have locks. Or room keys… Do not stay here.

They did not have a way to get me a key. Felt unsafe for random guy to walk to room and unlock it. He had to try four rooms before finding one. The room we got the heating was extremely noisy all night. No towels. Soaps had been used. No blanket. No tv remote. No coffee or cup for coffee pot. No plugs available near bed, which isn’t good when it feels so unsafe. No one working when I left in the morning nor did they answer the phone. Called three times. Sent a text. Nothing. Completely inaccurate description online and horrible experience. I knew it wouldn’t be great for the price but all the basics lacking was shocking. Wouldn’t have even stayed but was just using for 5 hours of sleep. Should be put out of business or not allowed on booking sites due to all the incorrect info.

False advertising on this property. I put a total of 3 people on my search and it said I was booking a room with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Got there it was either or not both like the listing stated. Owner said hotels.com is listing it wrong. Switched to 2 full beds. Motel had no wifi, people outside playing loud music, big holes throughout parking lot, it was a Roku tv with no wifi and not even local channels. Paper thin towels, thin pillows, it had a key dead bolt, no chain or no latch. No lighting around outside room. Motel was very cheap, it was clean, no bugs, bed was okay, fridge with freezer, microwave, working HDMI plugs, cold a/c, hot water, and has separate buildings. Seemed like we were the only ones in that building after the maintenance man finished his work, so that was nice. Decent size room just wasn't what was advertised or wanted. This is a motel for people who pay monthly, for the basics.
