Affordable and Convenient Stay.

They stated that there will be free breakfast in the morning, and it wasn't. I asked them more than once and stated that it was, but the door was locked. They were able to respond quickly when came to front desk. Someone is always on the property. Room phones don't work. Must use cellphone to call front desk. No laundry room. One washer and dryer outside next to the ice machine. Next door to dollar tree, piggy wiggy and dollar general. Not many stores near by in town.

I'm not sure one of the questions would have to do with eco.Friendliness, what is that anyway. Nobody really knows what that means, because it's a made up concept. You should not even be asking the question. It's stupid.

Not recommended

Well we checked in and once we got inside of the room I noticed the bed did not have a fitted sheet on it in place of the finish sheet that was a comforter We were so tired we didn't even worry about it we just climbed in the bed the next morning when I woke up we were getting out of bed and I saw dried old blood on the sheets and also something looked it like black smut on the comforter overall the room was neat but the furniture was dusty but to wake up up on the sheets with blood on them dried old blood and some black smut is terrible. Not only that there were a group of young men that were up partying all night in morning I didn't even want to disturb the owners are called the police because I didn't want any problems just wanted to check out as soon as possible when I was trying to check out.

There were both bed bugs and cochroaches in the rooms. When we informed the staff, they did not believe us and were upset at us that we no longer wanted to stay at the hotel

The room was damp. The climate control did not work properly. The door security latch was broken. The bedding was stained and smelled moldy. The bath drying towels were stained. Roaches were crawling around. The coffee maker had stuck on dust in the water port. The breakfast was meager but, the juices were old and had floaters in them. Not safe for human consumption. The staff was friendly but did not accommodate when it came to the juices. Also no coffee in the breakfast area because I was told that there is a coffee maker in the room. (See above comment on the in room coffee maker)

Stayed as it was the only place available at last minutes. It is in kind of a weird area and the directions took us to the wrong place. Once there it was an okay place kind of old but adequate. Wasn’t much in terms of restaurants around but there is a macdonalds not too far.

Booked a two night stay at this hotel, and it was not how it was represented in the pictures. From dirty stained pillows/sheets/lamp shades, to bug/ spider web infestations. Me and my group had to buy blankets and pillows to sleep with,because we could lay our heads on anything they had. Dirty linen and busted towel racks hanging on by a single screw! Cigarette burns everywhere and a dirty toilet seat. I will never stay here or trust anything that has americas best in its name.

This property is listed as breakfast included. Last visit we thought that maybe we woke up late and therefore there was no breakfast. So this time we asked and they told as it was from 7 to 9 am, so we came down at 8 am to grab our breakfast and there was none. I saw that my payment amount was higher because we were 3 and I thought it was because of the breakfast, but I feel I should be reimbursed for this.
