"I left a shawl in the room… because it was not in my luggage. When I called the hotel they said they didn’t find anything. Which I find hard to believe. But your front desk and morning lady that prepared breakfast was very friendly!"

"I told the lady at the front desk that the toilet was not flushing she said that they did not have maintenance on call the breakfast was taken up 30 minutes early then it should have been dirty tub"

"There were 2 people at check in- 1 in training (she was lovely- just inexperienced) the second who was training her? He didn’t want to be there or to be training someone. Get to room- towels for 1 for a reservation of 3- zero bedding for the pull out couch. Easy fix…unhappy trainer acted as if we were a bother. Got towels and sheets but there was no pillows available in a hotel probably 1/2 full. Internet /WiFi for guests was down- but according to Mr. Personality it was our issue. He put the...

"Room had leftover food on the ground and hair on the shower bottles which made it feel less than clean. Otherwise nice to have happy hour, clean pool for the kids to play and as always lots of room space. Gated paying $12 for parking in a regular hotel parking lot with no gate or extra security or lighting. It was clearly another way to make money and I could have for free and the same convenience parked at the next door shopping center."
