Hotel and room was spanking new and in great condition. There’s 24 hours IGA within the hotel building, super convenient. You can also take the cost effective TransPerth ferry ride to CBD and enjoy the views on swan river. "Checkin was ordinary, rooms pleasant & ok, shower nice & hot. Bed was very comfortable rooms are very quiet. Disappointed in the morning when only 2 coffee pods available. If known that in advance would have bought my own coffee machine & pods. Also the kettle & coffee machine are situated at a height inaccessible for any one under 6 foot. "
