3 night stay before our trip to Thailand. Very impressive hotel so we are booking for our return 4 nights before travelling back to uk. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, rooms great and breakfast was amazing

good wifi & aircon/temp control, reasonable B&B rate, excellent breakfast included in my rate. Excellent hotel. Not cheap but very good value for what was paid

Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great outdoor pool.

Great hotel. Staff were amazing throughout our short stay and very helpful.

My husband and I visited KL for 3 nights and sadly my husband got food poisoning before we got there and on top had a very long and unfortunate journey. After the exhausting day we arrived at renaissance and was immediately greeted by such lovely doormen/security. I then went to check in and the service at the front desk was so smooth and professional. I mentioned my husband was unwell and they just went the extra mile to make us especially my husband comfortable. They gave us all the advice...

Lively breakfast, lovely staff and the room we stayed in was phenomenal!

Clean and friendly. Accommodated my family and I to a comfortable stay. Have recommended to my friends and family to visit

Nice to play with son
