"I stayed with my family as a stopover coming home from Florida. My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere. No showers, washing hands or face & no hot breakfast allowed. Also, there is an active train in the area that runs during the night, blowing its whistle and woke us every 2 hours. Make sure you ask about the train and stay away from that side of the hotel. Choice Hotels and property personnel where notified after I arrived home and stated they will try and do better in the future."
