"Iln'y a pas de personnel Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour qu'une personne vienne nous aider au bas de l'hotel. Personne ne s'est présenté. le fille de la platforme tel s'est excusée mais, pour ce qui est de l'hotel nous aurions pu attendre jusqu'à mort s'ensuive. et MEME PAS UN MOT D'EXCUSE ..."
