Muito boa

Olha, foi muito boa, porém os preços das bebidas estão bem salgados. A distância dos quartos para os pontos de interesses são distantes e as músicas ao vivo ficam no Castelo que é um ponto pouco acessível. Deveria acontecer na área perto da piscina ou nos bares mais próximos do restaurante Lugano. Inclusive essas áreas o clima é de tristeza. Rsrs

Gostando daqui, já viemos algumas vezes

O lugar é ótimo, já viemos algumas vezes, todas as vezes em quartos diferentes. Os mais antigos deixam um pouco a desejar por conta da estética especialmente dos banheiros. Mas de uma forma geral, gostamos muito de estar por aqui. A recreação é bacana, dividida por faixa etária, porém acho que pode melhorar.

Já me hospedei no hotel umas 4 vezes A estrutura de lazer melhorou muito tendo várias opções porém a alimentação teve uma queda assustadora na qualidade. A estrutura do hotel permite que a gastronomia seja bem melhor mas acho que não está sendo dada a devida importância.

O hotel é muito bacana. Mas está com instalações velhas. Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Lençóis furados e tudo muito gasto e até mofado. Custo benefício alto pois as atividades bacanas são pagas. O Parc não tem brinquedos bons, tudo velho é ultrapassado. Não voltaremos!

Precisa recuperar sua manutenção

A manutenção vem deixando a desejar a cada vez que tenho ido ao Le Canton. Dessa vez, ficamos com nossa porta aberta porque acabou a pilha da maçaneta. A camareira deveria ter um check-list com esse tipo de verificação diária para orientar o responsável pela troca das pilhas. Além disso, minha porta estava com um vão (quarto 144), que foi coberto apenas depois que falei e com um ripa de madeira clara pregada na porta escura. Não obstante, as espreguiçadeiras da piscina de azulejo mais escuro estão quebradas perto das banheiras de hidromassagem, arriscado a um acidente com as crianças que tentassem ajustar sua altura. Uma delas inclusive estava com o ferro de apoio quebrado embaixo da própria espreguiçadeira. A pia do banheiro do quarto também vertia água, mesmo com ambas torneiras fechadas ao limite. O hotel precisa de um olhar mais atento a manutenção pelos preços que cobra e pelo posicionamento que deseja ter na classificação. Na noite de sábado, o wi-fi de todo o hotel caiu. Os colaboradores tiveram que inclusive utilizar papel para coletar nossos pedidos de bebida. Por último, encontramos uma cobra verde na descida do Cantonville, onde crianças brincam de se esconder com a recreação. Chamei 3 pessoas do hotel que estavam passando e foram até o local mas percebi que deram pouca importância quando mencionei que a cobra era verde, por ser uma "cobra do mato". A questão é que um acidente com uma criança e uma cobra poderá repercutir negativamente para o hotel.

Péssima experiência. Não deveria se chamar resort

Pensão completa com preços de tudo incluso. Café da manhã fraco, almoço fraco e a janta parece resto do almoço. O quarto é muito bom, as piscinas também porém o parque aquático é um toboágua mixuruca! Fazendinha ate razoável pela quantidade e diversidade de animais. O resto do parque todo fechado pq nao funciona segunda e terça?! Quem ja viu isso? Pra um hotel fazenda ok pra um resort tem q evoluir 100 anos ainda.
