"Place was clean. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff helpfull: 1. Had a lady at the front desk that really did a good job speaking English. 2. Very good staff at restaurant. 3. We had a problem with our AC during the night. They send an technician asap. Resolved the problem in 15 minutes. We had hotels in the past where there was no technician during graveyard shift, so we really appreciated this. Very good roomservice also. Would recommend."

"The Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. The rooms have different themes and set ups for the same room type along with other room themes. I was over all enjoyable. We got a couples massage on site as well which was very convenient."

"O lugar é uma imersão na História, porque o imóvel já foi Embaixada do Japão e mantém um pequeno museu na entrada e itens de valor histórico nos quartos e áreas comuns. O lugar é limpo, bem localizado, pertinho da Cervejaria Itaipava e Palácio de Cristal, além de restaurantes e padarias. Oferece um café da manhã delicioso e bem variado. Os funcionários são atenciosos e ainda recebemos, no check-in, uma lista com sugestões de restaurantes próximos e um mapa de Petrópolis. Só não é muito silencioso por ficar próximo da via (às passam carros e motos barulhentas) e de bares bem movimentados (chegou a sair uma briga na madrugada num bar próximo, que me acordou)."

"Hotel bien situé, prêt des service et attraction. Le gros probleme est que le matelas etait dans une condition épouvantable, douleur toutes les nuit a cette hotel, les vibration causé par les vehicules et transports dans la rue, était impressionnante."
