Room Wasn’t Clean Smelled Like Dog. O And Maintanence Woke Me And My Family Up At 7am So Loud And I Think He Took Loafers. Btw No Good Movie Channels Nor Netflix Smh"

"Very clean, pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was great with a lot of options. Having double beds instead of queen beds was a bit odd but besides that, everything was great! Location is also good with a lot to do in the area. "

"Our room was fine. Overflow parking areas should be better marked. There is one small parking lot labeled Ramada parking. We were there for a concert at the rave so that lot was full and there was no nearby street parking. We just happened to check with the people at the ambassador if we could park in their garage to find out that the hotels are sister hotels and that is also parking for Ramada. The main complaint I have is with the restaurant/bar at the ambassador. They specifically mention...

"Our check in gal Janet was the nicest check in person I have ever had in my many hotel stays. She is an asset to this hotel I was very impressed by this hotel. Nicest I’ve ever been to. My Granddaughter recently moved to Hakes Corners. We will definitely always pick this place to stay when we visit. Only negative was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs would be a much better choice than the cheese omelette they offered. Tasted like made with cheese whiz. Thx Janet you were awesome"
