Hands-down, the best hotel in Philadelphia! Lovely, simple, modern and very clean. Restaurant and other amenities have a lot to offer. Complete relaxation and close to everything. Odd numbered rooms have the greatest views!

Excellent option for the price. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Very clean and friendly. Parking garage right there. Expensive if you’re not used to paying for parking, but this was probably the best feature and made it hassle free in a city that’s difficult to park.

The property was updated, clean and convenient to the heart of center city. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking next door was convenient. Our room was ok, small with a few suggestions for the future. The windows were large with a nice view of the nearby buildings. The one frosted window had no curtain making the room very bright. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gell bottles were all empty. We asked housekeeping to refil, however it was not done. The elevators require extra patience especially when the hotel is busy.

The hotel rooms, restaurant, and staff are great! The main entrance is in a bit of an alley full of trash dumpsters, however.

Really dissapointed with the service. We got to the hotel early to leave our luggage and the check in desk said they would take payment now for the room. When we came back to properly check in the hotel informed us they had not taken payment which they insisted on taking otherwise we couldn’t have the room. Turned out they had taken the payment twice and then some extra. So for a room which should have cost £800 I had £2100 taken with the balance pending to come back into my account. They said they would sort it but I have yet to still have the funds fully credit. I was left without £1350 of spending money thanks to them and had to use wife’s credit card. Also our rooms were cleaned once out of the 3 days despite asked for housekeeping. Room was really big and spacious so no issues and maybe other customers would have a better experience than we did

We were greeted and checked in easily. We got to our room and unfortunately there was a loud, low buzz that could be heard throughout the room. We believe it was some kind of generator outside of the room. Anyway, after 2 hours with it not getting any better I called down to the front desk. Valerie immediately changed our room and then called to check in to see if the new room was ok. Thank you Valerie for being so awesome and solving the problem. You are wonderful and so appreciated.

We were there to meet a friend and go to a performance. It was easy for us to park at the hotel, close to the restaurant and performance, and it had everything we needed. The room was efficient and attractive, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel, but we might have had we stayed longer - attractive dining area and breakfast and dinner options. We are walkers, and we enjoyed walking around the city. Rite house Park is very nearby, but we also walked to the center of the city to see historic sites. We will stay there again if we are back in Philadelphia - whic is an easy drive from the DC area where we live.
