I appreciated the staff on my last day and getting me to the airport. However, on arrival Daniel put me on the upper floors that were dirty and said there was no rooms on first floor that was better than the other floors. When I brought the issue of cleanliness up on 2nd and 3rd floor to Expedia then Krishna moved me to the first floor.
The first room was smelly and stuffy. The second room TV didn't work, the window glass was broken so cold air was coming in and internet worked well only on the first floor.
Any case, I understand they are remodeling but they could have been more honest on the reviews because the main reason I took the hotel was because the rating of cleanliness was high and transportation was convenient. I tipped the driver well because he was great. Also I appreciated Krishna accommodating me with what he could. Thanks
