Hotel staff was extremely helpful in getting me a room after my room was cancelled. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. Hotel overall needs a face lift. Room was clean and neat. Hallways were dirty. Ok stay for the price.

The rooms are dirty. They need to change the carpet ASAP. Doesn't look like the pictures online. The bathroom was nice and clean because it was new. I won't be coming back.

Everything was pretty good. The staff last night when I checked in was very accommodating and I can’t say enough about the person at the desk named PJ this morning he did everything his power to help me and accommodate me for my extension and I can’t take him enough.

the shuttle wasn't running because of the weather, the ceiling tiles were removed in the hallway exposing the wiring in the hallways, ceiling tile dust was everywhere, the actual room had not been vacuumed, and the coffee was very bad in the morning. the staff were excellent though!
