Our room was dirty and in poor repair. There was still garbage in the garbage can, kitchen and bathroom floors were very sticky, a sticky, dark stain on the carpet and said carpet had not been vacuumed. Cabinets in the bathroom were damaged. Looked like a dog chewed the corners. Breakfast was just about cleaned out when we got there at about 8a on a weekday. There was only one worker available to refill things and some things weren’t able to be refilled at all, ie milk, salt & pepper, fresh fruit.

Regular clean room, regular to poor the staff and manager response, breaksfast and kitchen within expected conditions. I had to leave the hotel. As of today, I have not been refunded the amount paid.

So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room. Yeah that’s not gonna work. I told them afterwards if they can just give he a discounted rate and I’ll just sleep in my car until another room is available and finally one popped up. Well that room was full of cigarette smoke from the prior tenant and also I’m pretty sure they share the same vent system as the other room directly behind me smelled like a smokers lounge and coming thru the vents at times. I notified the desk and they did nothing. Room was especially dirty in the kitchen and bathroom with a broken shower curtain rod. Stove was dirty and front door was warped so spiders and ants just come in whenever as I killed many. And just fyi, there seem to be many low income mid and long term tenants in this facility. Don’t expect any sausage or egg continental breakfast like other places as it’s just the basics. Next time o travel for a hockey tourney in this area, this will not be on my list.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM due to a flight delay and expected to still be able to check in. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk. Even during night hours, there should be staff available to assist guests. We called multiple times with no answer and walked around trying to find an employee, but no one was present. After waiting a long time without any help, we were forced to leave and book another hotel. This was very disappointing and not the level of service you would expect.

The outside of the property is in very descent shape but the rooms are terrible. Carpet and floors are not cleaned properly. The tub was scary. The remotes sticky. Wouldn't dare cook anything in the kitchen. I did like the lobby and the clerk who attended us. She did her best and was very nice. But the owner really needs to get some professional cleaners there ASAP

The place felt pretty run down and could really use some updates. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness the room and some common areas didn’t feel as clean as they should have been. The staff were nice and did their best, which I appreciated, but the condition of the hotel made the stay less comfortable overall. With better upkeep and more attention to cleaning, this place could be a lot better.

We thought we'd have our own little space like an apartment - we end up sharing the living space with the main building. It's not a big deal but didn't expect it to be that way. Overall, it was a good stay

Room was large, bed was comfortable and bed/bathroom were clean. Kitchen was fully equipped, but kitchen floor could use an extra cleaning. Close to the airport, but wasn't bothered by sound, which was nice. Super close to arena/stadiums, very convenient. Staff were friendly and check in was easy.

The property is the definition of what you pay for. Not the best but definitely not the worst. It was a serviceable property. Spacious for sure. There is obvious wear and tear on the rooms with cracks, parts of shower not working properly, stains on carpet and sofa. However, for a weekend trip with the guys for baseball and nightlife, it served its purpose. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only spent the night in the room so for me wasn’t the end of the world if spending it with the guys there. Not a family getaway choice or one for a significant other. But for the price, it was a steal for the purpose we needed.

My room had to be switched twice due to lack of pots and pans. Also smoke alarm what’s going off room had to be switched and found someone else clothing, and one of the drawers.
