The staff was nice but my room was non-smoking yet the smell of cigarettes was so strong in the room that I couldn’t stay there. Because they were all booked for the night and couldn’t move me to a different room, I left

This is probably a good place to get robbed or killed. There 5 single floor building, we were in building 5, the parking lot as only half lit. Once in our room it reeked on smoke, and there were cigarette burns on one of our blankets. I thought about requesting a new room, but I doubt it would of been any better... I stayed the night because I needed a cheap place to sleep 1 night, and it was hard to beat $74 on a Friday night... In the future I'll spend an extra $50 and stay somewhere I won't feel like I could end up dead.

I ended up not staying there as the room was disgusting. The room smelled like cigarettes & the bathroom tub was nasty. As soon as I walked in the room & walked around I went back to the lobby to return the key.

While the staff member was friendly, check-in was behind plexiglass because the area is unsafe. The bathroom was a wreck: patched tub, stains, baseboards separating from the wall. My room was near the highway, and it was so loud that it made for a sleepless night.

I checked in and checked right back out. The room smelled like mold, the curtain fell down when I closed it, the ceiling had black shots on it, the towels smelled like they dirty

The place is very hard to actually find from the listed address. The check in man was very good and positive throughout. Once in the room , it was really bad. The floor had soft areas. The sink leaked quite a bit just by running water to brush teeth. The bathroom floor was soft and the toilet was very slow to flush at all. The door and lock was sketchy as far as confidence in the lock. Overall, I wouldn't recommend until this property and room(s) are improved.
