I had a wonderful stay at Panorama Residences in St. Maarten! The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views that truly elevate the entire experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like the perfect blend of relaxation and luxury—exactly what I was looking for during my trip. A special thank you to Nickey, the host, who was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and any questions or needs I had were handled quickly and professionally, which made everything stress-free. The location was also a huge plus—conveniently situated on a private hill, however, with still access to nearby beaches, restaurants, and activities while still offering a peaceful and private atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Panorama Residences to anyone visiting St. Maarten. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place is exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. The host greeted us well when it was check in. Only issue was the shower water was very cold. The water went out when we first check in but the host was able to reach out to the water company. We was able to get back up water but it was cold.

The property is amazing and true to the pictures. Check in was seamless. The only issue we had was our key fob didn’t work one night and we was lock outside out unit until the property manager arrived which took quite some time.

The hotel is just built, excellent design, fully equipped, great ocean view, shops are 12 minutes drive. Note that the hotel is located on top of the mountain and the access is very steep road about 1 mile, also the offered concierge service is not satisfactory.

Amazing property. This one is pretty new. At the time of our stay, the concierge (Nicky) said it had only been open for about 3 months. Nicky was amazing, always one message away and extremely helpful with planning. Did not get to use the pool but it looked beautiful, and it is open 24/7. The views are amazing. I would definitely stay here again, though, you should be wary that it is pretty high up in a hill. The traffic was pretty bad to the other areas but it may have been the time that we visited, which was peak season. I wish the water in the shower was a little more hot. Otherwise, amazing stay, amazing property! Will definitely book again.

This property is stunning! The view is everything and it was sooo nice sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Nicky, the concierge, is super helpful and there for whatever you need. The space is very modern and I really didn't want to leave. It's definitely recommended to have a rental vehicle though because the property is situated on a hill that isn't too walkable, but I would absolutely book this place again.

Overall, the place is clean, new, and beautiful, with a lovely water view and a spacious environment to stay on the island. However, the property does not have a restaurant, bar, or direct beachfront access. Anyone staying there must rent a car, otherwise it is not convenient to reach local restaurants or the beaches. In addition, the bathroom shower could be improved — when showering, water tends to flow onto the floor, and sometimes the hot water is not hot enough.

Nicky was the bessssstttt host ever ! She made us feel welcome , helped with itenerary , helped me order food to the room , answered ALL of my questions that I had . She was awesome , I will def recommend this hotel to my friends and family ! We loved it sooooooo much & the view/scenery was soooooooo nice . Nicky helped with getting me a rental car as well it was a great price and a very smoothe transaction at the airport !
