Das honesty ist sauber, das personal freundlich, zentral gelegen und gute restaurants nah herum . Negativ ist, daß keiner englisch spricht, zumindest nicht ausreichend.. beim check in gab man mir ein viel kleineres Zimmer als ich bezahlt hatte, was aber nach meiner sofortiger Reklamation richtig gestellt wurde. Ein Restaurant ist nicht im Haus, Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Friendly & helpful staff but not much English understood. Toilet stopped up every few days, there were strange smells in the bathroom, the shower was lukewarm and there was no electrical outlet near the bed. Good location near Lucky’s Supermarket and ABA Bank.

部屋によって快適性に大きな違いがある

最初に通された部屋は１階（日本の二階に当る。カンボジアはフランス式に、日本の二階に相当する階層から一階、二階、三階・・・と数えていく）の部屋で快適性は皆無に等しかった。湿気が多く、窓の外には別の建物の壁が迫って光が入らず薄暗く、黴臭いにおいがひどかった。おまけに小型温水器形式のシャワーは最初は熱湯が出てきて極めて危険だ。私は太もも辺りに軽いやけどを負ったほどだ。水温も安定せず、インターネットはぶつぶつ切れまくり、とにかくひどいものだった。とりあえず一晩だけ頑張ってみたが耐えられなかったので二日目から三階の部屋に替えてもらった。このまま同じ部屋に十日間いたら。間違いなく発狂して評価は最低の一を付けていただろう。ここに泊るなら、三階以上の部屋を取れないか、必ず前もって確認すべきだ。三階以上の部屋なら日の光が窓から入るので部屋は明るく、湿気もひどくない。シャワーの温度も水量も満足できるもので、テレビの映りも大体よかった。ネット接続も安定していた。部屋の中は静かで、都会の喧騒はほとんど聞こえななかった。何故か分らないが、全部屋の窓に鉄格子が掛けられているらしく、ソファ付きのちょっと古びた監獄にぶち込まれたような気になるが、全体的には合格点を与えられると私は思う（勿論、三階以上の部屋）。調度品が古びてきているので改装の必要があると思う。従業員に関しては問題なし。付近には一ドルから食べられる安い食堂がたくさんある。メコン川まで徒歩１５分から２０分程度。要は、二階以下の部屋はダメダメ、三階以上の部屋ならまずまず快適な滞在ができる、と言うのが私の見解である。

Rattling door.

The windows and room door rattled badly, because they are not maintained very well. The bedroom door opposite mine also rattled when the wind blew. I closed the door on a squashed up water bottle and at least it stopped my door from rattling. There is not much around for tourists. There were 2 really cheap places to eat about 50 metres to the right of the hotel as you walk out of the hotel.

Good but no big thing

The hotel was good, not a big thing. You get what you pay for. Outside was really noisy but it stopped at 9-10pm. The air conditioning was working perfectly. I had a tv but I didn't used it. The only problem was those little black moving points in the bed, that can bite you. I used my lotion and they disappeared, but at the beginning they were there. Friendly staff and any noise inside the hotel. I think it was a bit expensive, but it was my first time in phnom penh, so maybe I could have searched a little bit more.
