After staying in three previous hotels on this trip this was disappointing. Several things were broken in the room shower base was completely off the wall. The drain hole was exactly that a hole there was no drain stop. One of the bathroom lights was replaced with that it felt like a heating lamp. A bulb in the vanity was missing completely. The main lamp light in the room did not work and the door latch was completely gone. The curtains were dirty and the grounds it self needed to be cleaned. It’s like the more you looked the more things you noticed. I did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Because of the door latch missing I used the room chair to block the door at night. Thankfully this was a one thing we were flying out very early in the morning so we sucked it up. But I would not come back.

They have downgraded the breakfast. Room was in disrepair. I think they were going through some changes. Have stayed there before and it was great, this last time not so much.

In all my years of coaching (15 years), I have never had such an unsafe, dirty, and terrible experience with a hotel. We had 16 rooms and the price was very affordable but the pictures catfished what was really offered. The hotel does NOT look anything like the pictures. There was no soap in the rooms (even hand soap), bugs in the rooms and in a few beds, NO HOT WATER, not enough towels (the crew said “we are at capacity - but we found a giant bin full of dirty towels that were not washed for multiple days). Our teenagers had a man and women employee just walk into rooms without knocking and when questioned about it the hotel employee said “that didn’t happen.” This is an embarrassment of a property that is no higher quality than a 1-star hotel. We were stuck there because we paid for it and with 45 high school athletes. We couldn’t afford to lose the money and change hotels. NEVER stay at this location unless you want to feel dirty and unsafe without any customer service.
Bin full of towels for 2 days when we were told “we are at capacity.”

I stayed one night and my room was not in the main building. Had to drive to the main building to get their complimentary breakfast. Food choices were lacking. There was absolutely no or barely hot water in the shower. Even if the weather in Phoenix is hot, I do not wish to take a cold shower. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room does not work. If your room face the main road, it is very noisy with cars passing by. No sound proof whatsoever.

There is no elevator to help you get up to the second floor which can be a problem with heavy bags. We didn't have any warm water until the last day we were there. It was not hot then but at least it was lukewarm. We had trouble getting housekeeping to clean our room. The week we were there they cleaned it once and that was because we actually heard them in the hall and went and got them. They also ran out of soap so we had to buy our own.

The front desk staff was very nice, which made up for the 2 hour wait to check in. The room was comfortable and clean but not well maintained. The bathtub had paint peeling from the floor exposing rust, the faucet handle was loose and not easy to turn on, towels were very small and scratchy not soft at all. The handles for the sink were not secure to the countertop. The hot tub was nice and hot but the bubble jets did not work, there were used towels left everywhere around the pool. Then the free breakfast was very limited and the area unkept and not clean with very cheap paper plates that were not strong enough to hold a bagel. If I had not been completely exhausted after a 25 mile bicycle ride that day I would have just cancelled my reservation after the first hour of waiting for my room.

We booked this hotel based on the very positive ratings on Expedia, but we have a very poor time. Here are our notes: 1. There was a water leak in the room above us which caused us to evacuate it for the day. It ruined our plans and we missed out on a big spring training game and couldn't resell the tickets. There were water/mold stains in the shower area. 2. There was no soap in the facility. No soap in the bathrooms by the breakfast area, no hand soap in the restroom, no body soap in the shower. 3. In the breakfast area, there were no napkins and the coffee was undrinkable. The half and half was left at room temperature and they only had sugar free jam. 4. Check-in was listed at 4 PM, but our room wasn't ready until 5 PM. We had to wait until 7 PM to get bath towels. 5. There was a domestic incident outside our room around midnight. One of the neighbors opened his door and blasted his stereo out to the public at max volume. Whenever a door closed, the room shook. 6. While the staff were friendly, the hotel seemed to be very understaffed. The front desk person was also the breakfast cleanup person. It seemed like there weren't enough maintenance and cleaning staff. Verdict: Avoid! Spend the extra $100 a night at a nicer place instead of messing up your trip.

Beg bugs upon arrival. Checked in super late like at 11:00pm and once I opened the door was able to see all the bed bugs walking on the beds. Cancelled reservation asap

Terrible stay! Will be demanding a significant refund. Here 4 ‘and five days. On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool.
Only barely lukewarm water in both sink and shower all 5 days. Told it was fixed but it remained the same all 5 days of the stay. Complained every day.
