"Excellent costumer service"

"Yes and yes. My room was clean, front desk staff was courteous and helpful (in particular Jennifer), housekeeping staff pleasant. I felt comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was fine but coffee was weak and unsatisfying. Great location downtown convenient and walkable to art galleries and restaurants. Overall I was happy with Best Western Downtown and I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone coming to Phoenix."
