"This is not the same experience as 20 years ago! Pools closed/some open but murky and in room dining was terrible (literally things piled in a paper bag and dropped off without a word). Luckily we had a car to go get breakfast and they refunded our in room meal after we did not accept it.
The view restaurant was nice and they had a quick shuttle to get there. Service and food were great but it is a dated dining room.
Room was nice, beds comfortable, small balcony, living room and fridge...
"The hotel is under renovation. You will experience noise and dust. Even after the renovation is over, the quality will not be much better. Mountain view is a joke. You got the view on multiple small houses. It is an old property, and it smells like a swimming pool. The door to my room had to be pushed hard to close. A lot of artificial grass. Whoever, made the photo was a magician. The place is too cramped. I had a problem parking. Menu at the bar is rudimentary. Staff came to clean my room at...
"Justin at check-in was exceptional. The room was large and spacious. Very quiet. Pool could have been kept cleaner and the bathroom in the room could have been cleaner. Other than that no complaints, will stay again!"
