The room had cockroaches in it. They did not give us enough towels there was no towels at the pool area. The property was pretty clean except for dog poop everywhere. They had bag cleanup areas for your dog but all of them were empty. Not even sure if there was a front desk you could go to to ask for anything that wasn't specified. The kitchen had no paper towels. There's no ice maker. Just wasn't what we expected. Especially for paying over $200 a night.

This is really an apartment complex where they rent out rooms when they have no tenants. So the front office isn't open after 5:30 or or weekends. There were many things missing that short term renters need - hangers, working charging ports & outlets, batteries for tv remotes and many small things. The bed was comfortable though.

The pictures are misleading. Stay somewhere else. It’s dirty and it smells like cigarettes inside even though there’s signs everywhere that says “no smoking”. Broken glass on the stairwell, food cans, and food left around the entrances. Cops driving around all the time. Just don’t stay here, PERIODT!

The entry area and hallways for the building where our room was located was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpets were extremely dirty. As well, the garbage cans right outside the entrance were overflowing.

This place is very dirty and unsafe. Upon check in I found that the room had not been cleaned. The floors were dirty, pet hair all over the unit, urine all around the toilet, on the door and on the bathroom floor,and human hair all over the bathroom. I called the front desk for assistance and they transfer me to another room. As I drive to the other room I seen the following: A group of people smoking illegal substances on the property , homeless people lingering outside the building, and a man with his pants sagging to his ankles and a ankle monitor following us around the property. I immediately call the front desk and requested to be moved to another location. They told me the can move me to their sister property in phoenix and when I look up the reviews for that location the review were horrible. People reported that they had similar issues there. I asked for a refund and they’ve been giving me the run around. Me and my children had to sleep in the rental because we had no place to go. DO NOT BOOK HERE! What you see online is not what you see in person!

Didn’t use a hot tub. There was no bar. And the room was sub par. No comforter on the bed only a thin very thin blanket. The flattest pillows ever. The faucet was falling off in the shower. Tv remote didn’t work. Looked more like section 8 housing than a hotel. Holes barely filled in the walls. Grease stains on the bottom by the stove. And the hallway smelled like marijuana. The frame around the door was busted and looked like it had been pryed open before.

The hotel room was nothing like shown in the pictures. All the doors on the room state no smoking. As soon as we entered our room I first noticed it looked NOTHING like the pictures advertised. Our room was dated and then we were greeted with a faint cigarette smell. The bedroom door was closed and as soon as we opened it the cigarette smell was so bad, clearly someone had smoked in the bedroom. We called and were able to get assigned another room. We get to the next room, in another building and the room didn’t smell AS bad, but there was no way to live out of this unit either. I have 2 kids and we had no extra blankets or pillows to provide them with. We were told that there should be extra sets of blankets and pillows but there wasn’t, in either room. Additionally, our cupboard had 1 bowl, 2 cups, no seats to sit and eat (other than the couch) and no chair for the desk. I had to work at 6am so this was a necessity. The room in the pictures show bar stools, a functioning work station and a cabinet with everything needed to cook/eat in the unit. What I was greeted with was the absolute bare minimum and a room that looked as if it had been raided and destroyed. The cabinets were so old and the appliances were probably the first ones that ever came with the property. I will never return here and I would never recommend this property. I thought I got such a good deal for the price I paid and with what was advertised that I was going to sleep and eat in…I was so wrong.

My complaint is centered around the fact that this property is listed as nonsmoking yet it is saturated with the smell of smoke, to a point we could not stay. I know I booked a nonrefundable stay but I would hope since we could not stay as my daughter has asthma and a 3 month old baby that a refund would be offered considering the circumstance.

Where do I even start? Walked in the room, immediately smelled musty and smokey. Saw the couch/bed… it was old, dirty and stained. There was a bug on the floor as soon as we walked in. The fridge opened the wrong way. Go into the bathroom… mold in the tub. The toilet is hidden away behind the door/walls, feels like you’re in a cave of grossness surrounded by germs, you can see it on the walls. Go to the bedroom… there’s literal cockroach legs on the lamp where you turn it on. There were two tvs but only one remote which was sticky with red stuff on it and the batteries being held in by clear tape. You can hear people walking upstairs while you sleep. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets and unrecognizable stains. Paid a damage waiver fee that I have yet to get back on top of the room already paid for which is crazy since this place already seemed damaged. On the Expedia site it said it was refundable but on the check in process it said it wasn’t. Nothing made sense. The only good thing I have to say is that the check in/out process was easy with given the room number and passcode before we arrive. I tired to get a refund and got nothing back. Not even a partial refund. We had no where else to go or stay because we couldn’t spend MORE money to stay somewhere so we just stuck it out. Please do not say here… the pictures in the ad are deceiving and look nothing like what you actually get.

If I could give negative scores, I would. NOT free parking-$40, horrible 'customer service', no fresh towels or garbage pickup-you're responsible for it(the trash bags as well, so be sure to pack those), dated awful furniture, dirty torn screens, dirty dishwasher, barely any dishes, drawers that don't stay shut and tables wobble, toilet moved every time you got on or off, rust covered towel rack, tub had some orange 'rust' around the grout, no comforter, no elevator, uncomfortable bed, barely any cable stations, filthy carpets on the steps and hallway. Confusing, cumbersome, time consuming check-in process-took over an hour. THAT'S when we were charged the $40 'damage waiver' for parking. Couldn't proceed until it was paid. No plug for the kitchen sink to hand wash dishes. We could hear people's conversations in the hallway, with our bedroom door shut!

Check in process was absolutely awful. The additional cost was not anticipated and it was mandatory, was Not appreciated. I tried to reason with management but unsuccessful because they obviously didn’t believe me. The night person who didn’t assist was not informative of the process and told me to talk to management in the morning!!! No attempt was made to assist me. Although we liked the room, we found mice dropping in the utensil drawer. The premises were very pretty. Unfortunately, we had loud upstairs neighbors who’s children stomped around until 4:00 AM!!!
