"We’ve been to Chicago a million times and this hotel is hands down the BEST hotel in Chicago. We came for Christmas Brown Usher concert. This hotel is supreme!! The rooms are like mini apartments. Modern nice and amazingly clean and spacious. King bed extra soft and comfortable. We had a spectacular view from the 15th floor. Elevators are super fast, staff nice friendly and accommodating. Fresh fruit water in the lobby, Starbucks downstairs which is a plus in my book. Convenient location to food and anything you need. will only stay here when we come to Chicago."

"Muy atentos desde que llegamos hasta que partimos. Ofrecen servicio de café y agua todo el día, y lo surten en la habitación cuando se necesita . Muy limpia y cómoda la habitación. Eduardo muy atento cada vez que lo veíamos y nos ayudó con la reserva del perilla para cenar, cuando al principio se nos negó para desayunar."

"Centrally located near city landmarks! Nice and courteous staff. Walls are paper-thin (you can hear the TV next door) and several evenings of loud guests were a nuisance with minimal hotel response."

"Me and my fiancé had such a lovely stay! The view was amazing from our room, you can get a clear view of some of the city and even the sears tower. we unexpectedly got upgraded to the suite, everything we wanted to do was near by and within walking distance it was very easy to find our way back. Theres some food places near by so that was very helpful, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again if the opportunity presents itself. The only downside is the tv is just cable tv but that’s a very nonissue complaint. They have wifi so if you bring your laptop or something you can watch specific streaming apps like that. Otherwise bring your own hdmi cord if you wanna see it specifically on a tv lol. Otherwise fantastic stay I have no real complaints."

"This is an amazing hotel in the heart of Chicago. Highly recommended. I got an upgrade for a huge room apartment style with river and downtown view. Room was quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions within walking distance. And public transportation is nearby. I did not need a rental or a taxi."
