This property was unsafe and unsanitary. No locks on the windows, no double paned windows, damaged weatherstripping, bloodstains on the walls and ceiling and rips tears on bottom of the shower, cracks, holes and burns throughout the room. The door to the room could not shut properly because the wooden threshold was stripped to securely shut the door. The door had been kicked in and slammed several times before the visit. I asked to be relocated to another room and she refused but had maintenance gerry rig the door to shut. Later the battery to recognize the keycard wouldn't work. So the staff came back again to fix the door.

I won't be going back. Roaches everywhere, everything is dirty, broken,staff is rude and theres homeless and druggies everywhere. Doors don't close right and they provide no microwave or any type of appliances in rooms literally just bed sink and dirty shower

I was extremely disappointed & scared at this property. The door does not close against the door frame i saw the pkg lot while the door was closed & locked with a loose lock. The whole room was very dirty the door, floor, bathroom, shower, mini frig, tv, sheets. The floor at the sink was leaking dirty water from under the floor. The toilet was worse I took a step into the bathroom & water flowed up through the floor. There was so much water I had to lay down a bath towel to absorb the amount of water in both spots. The water was very dirty both towels showed extremely dirty from the area. The room was filled with bugs, i killed over 30 mosquitoes & 6 roaches. They had a security guard yet next door had a constant fight, music extremely loud, pounding on the walls all night & this was inside & outside in front of my window. Yet nothing stopped the problems at all - all night long. I couldn't get any sleep. The outside pkg lot was dirty & broken glass everywhere. I couldn't get out of this location fast enough. The only good part was the night staff in office was courteous & the morning staff in office was understanding as I explained all of the issue's & shared pictures I took. She sincerely apologized.

I was set to arrive in the early hours of the morning. When I did, the check in counter was closed. After waiting an hour and looking for another hotel that could take us at the last second, I called premier again. Karen answered in a rude way and said they were booked for the night. She did not want to listen when I said I had booked a room in advanced and one of her “fully hooked” rooms was mine. After telling her 3 times I booked a room she then said the wrong last time and told me she didn’t see it. Many arguments later she says “the manager cancelled your booking” and abruptly hung up. There were homeless people making bonfires in the parking lot and wandering through the cars. This is a terrible hotel and I suggest you do NOT book with this hotel and go see comfort inn in Glendale.

Good location as it close to the freeway. Has a good amount of places to eat within walking distance. Very nice lady by the name of Karen at check in. Property is very dilapidated, the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. There were stains everywhere (walls, sheets, shower). Filled with some sketchy long term tenants it seems.

This is a fairly economical place to stay. Staff has always been super nice and accommodating. That being said this is not a 5 star property or 4 or 3 but if you need a place to stay on a budget, this is your best option in the Metro Phoenix area

As we pulled into the area I could already tell it wasn’t the best place to sleep for a night. The staff were nothing special but not rude however I felt super uncomfortable travelling by myself with two young kids and spending the night. I took absolutely everything out of my vehicle and brought it up to the room. The room was HORRIBLE. Nothing like the photos. Flooring was missing all over the place. It smelled maybe of mold, and felt very dirty. I am used to staying in cheap places but this was not just cheap - it was scary. I ended up leaving and finding a different, safer place to stay. Do NOT stay.

The room was disgusting. Drawers were all broke and out of the drawer. The bed has spring hanging out and the didnt change the bottom sheet to one that had throw up. The walls were covered with food and soill marks going down them. No hot water . Flys and the sink was coming off the wall. Omg there is so much more. DONT STAY HERE .

They now charge for internet access. At the same time the TV didn't work. Interestingly, it was the same on my last stay. Before that the internet was free AND the TVs worked. Imagine that. Also, the carpet was disgusting.

There was a big hole in my bathroom door. The lock on the outside door didn't look very strong. No closet or dresser. The floor was rough and not put together right. No coffee pot, microwave or hair dryer. I was uncomfortable going out by myself. The bed was comfortable, but that's the only thing that I would consider good.

The woman at the front desk was rude when checking me in. Once in my room, I locked the deadbolt and was then stuck in my room because the deadbolt would not release. The security guy came by and broke the door casing in order to let me out. I was then put out since they claimed they didn't have a room to put me in.

The room wasn't ready till 445 even though it said check in at 3:00pm. WE went to the kiddy pool/ hot tub there is no hot tub. Beds are very hard and the room was very run down. People that looked like they were to high to move sat outside a room right down from mine for hours and didn't move except to smoke something. Walked out my door and some guy was in front of my door wouldn't move and asked me a bunch of questions in Spanish. I was scared and the way the people acted in the office was very bad these people were upset they couldnt check in and they didnt care. HORRIBLE PLACE!
