Be aware of the homeless. We walked to our destinations and every street has homeless people. I wasn’t prepared for that with my teenage daughter. The facility was located in a great spot for downtown.

Room was fine. Furniture was IKEA quality. Could have been better for the price. Common areas on the property were dirty and not kept up. Pool was clean but very small.

The suit glass door/window had no invisible curtain, and the room was visible from outside, facing a large balcony area and pool.

Everything here was great except the parking situation. There isn’t assigned parking nor enough for whoever is able to park in the structure. Other than that the actually property itself and apartment was great .

Property was great . A little miscommunication from the rental company for check in ( two unanswered messages). They did finally call me . One thing was the cleaning . Which is not the owner or property managers fault . Going to bed the first night , a four pack of open / out of the box was condoms , they were on the edge of the bed by the head board / pillow as well as a hair tie, a dirty sock were underneath the bed . I ended up washing the sheets because there was NO WAY these sheets were cleaned and that’s on the cleaning staff. A room darkening curtain would be nice. They have a one way pull down blind where you can see out but not in. This unit is right on the patio, which was nice. Except for the cleaning person not doing their job, it was a great place , easy walk to convention center and we would stay again . - Business traveler.
