The staff here is genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The property itself is in extremely poor condition. The pool was empty and appeared abandoned, and much of the area looked unfinished or under renovation. Everything felt dirty and heavily worn. There is no breakfast offered—only coffee, and even that was inconsistent. Due to what seemed like a system error, we were initially assigned a room that was already occupied. While the staff promptly moved us to another room, by that point we should have canceled altogether. The room we were given was unacceptable. It was filthy, falling apart, and had a strong sewer smell. The floors had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood and smeared makeup. The furniture was broken, cracked, or missing pieces. Given how late it was, leaving wasn’t a realistic option, so we slept on the plastic-covered bed and checked out as early as possible the next morning. Overall, the condition of this hotel was so poor that a Motel 6 would have been a better and more comfortable option. I would not stay here again.
