Nice stay
Nice apartment, comfy beds but few pans for cooking. Good location with lots of restaurants around, Trader Joe's, breweries.

Property and apartment were clean. Beds were a softer foam mattress and in one bedroom they put 2 queens, one blocked the door to the 2nd bathroom. Nice location

This property went above and beyond in establishing a comfortable clean place to stay and do business while visiting. This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location.

Great place but needs updates
I suggest to update the dishwater carts they are full of mold. There is a lick in the bar area that I think is toilet water cause it you hear the water being flush. The shower head is so high up and won’t go lower that it wets the floor. Washer did not work.

Unit 103:
If this were a competition for mediocrity, this place would pass with flying beiges.
The place looks OK when you come in, but as time goes on, it just becomes a place of disappointment.
I guess it started with being given a guide to the place that had the wrong apartment number on it, so the couple who was in that apartment was absolutely shocked when I knocked and walked into their place, thinking it was just housekeepers cleaning.
I had to wait 30 minutes to get a response to actually get a door code.
Ceiling air filter hasn’t been cleaned in what looks like a couple years (yes, you can look up and see the geological layers of dust).
Bathroom towel rod wasn’t mounted properly.
Both bathroom showerheads were cheap and janky and not mounted flush to the wall.
The lighting was horrendous; a K-mart has a more pleasant feel. One light even flickered if you tried to turn it on because they used LED bulbs everywhere. Why would you ever decide on colder-than-daylight bulbs?
Couch looked nice, but a cinderblock would’ve been more comfortable.
Five slats for the vertical blinds were just completely missing.
The patio door had trouble locking, and it must be the most easily accessible door in the whole complex from the outside.
White paint splatter from a maintenance touchup covered the black table.
Trash underneath the bed when I got there.
At least there was a washer/dryer combo.
Overall, if you want Motel 6 quality at a Hilton price, don’t look any further.

The first room was dirty with broken fixtures throughout. I contacted Expedia and the property. The property moved us to another unit 24 hours later after I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning, doing laundry and contacting Expedia and the property to find a resolution. Then repacking and moving based on the property’s schedule.
The property promised a refund/compensation but as of 10 days later still hasn’t responded with a compensation/refund proposal.
Below is the text I sent them and what I called Expedia about:
Hi, I wanted to make you aware that the condition of the apartment is dirty and many things are broken. Attached are some of the photos. I have more if needed. Pillows, towels and shower curtain are stained, toilet paper holders are broken in both bathrooms, rugs in both bedrooms are stained, the dining table is scratched up. The bed in the second room is blocking the closet. The floors are dirty and the shower door in the main bedroom is dirty. The blinds in both rooms are caked with dust.
In addition, when we came in last night the light was out outside the unit.
I’ve been doing laundry since we arrived yesterday.
At the new unit the lock was broken so the key didn’t work and there were dead roaches outside on the walkway. In the building gym there were homeless people sleeping on two mornings. The property is desolate and not well maintained. A total dump.
