"The property was great. I am disappointed that when I arrived to check in, the front desk agent said I needed to pay for the room upfront on top of the incidental charge. I have never had to pay for a room upfront. When I asked why, all she said was the system required it. 1. It made me feel like your hotel doesn’t trust that I can afford the room or I will pay. 2. Train your employees to have better answers with actual reasons behind it."

"Nice hotel. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Just there one night before flying home. Could use more signage to find pool, lobby… lots of twists and turns in hallways. Loved the cactus landscaping. Go to Red Devil Italian restaurant. Short drive. Excellent food!!"

"We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place. The room was large and had a good layout with beds separated from the sofa and desk area. The fridge was quiet! Location was very convenient to a mall close by with many dining and shopping options, plus a cinema. The pool was large and got alot of use. Breakfast had several hot and cold options, plenty of seating space. Only improvement noted is that the carpet was in need of cleaning. Would stay here again. Desk dtaff was friendly and helpful,...
