"Amazing hotel with a washing machine inside each room. Honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed within Vietnam. The receptionist was kind of rude when I checked in though. I was served tap water (which I politely declined) when I checked it, and she served the next family some sort of fancy red tea. Check in was delayed by around 10 minutes as well. "We enjoyed our stay here, and the family is really lovely. Breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious with a very comfortable bed! The pool was clean and nice, just be aware it doesn’t have any privacy, as it’s in the middle of the Homestay. The bathroom has a cool design, but the shower leaked into the room. The location is quite far from the Center, but we always managed to get grabs within 5-7 minutes. Overall would recommend!"

"The room had a big bed and plenty of cupboard space and a nice bathroom. The hotel is 3 blocks off the busy street, so it's a fairly busy area. But it was quiet and the staff were willing to book all your tours and go the extra mile. Our departure flight was late, so they stored our luggage and let us shower before our airport taxi at 5:00 PM."

"we had a pleasant stay at Will’s apartment! throughout the 4 days we were in hoi an, Will gave good tips and advised us on places we should visit in the area. it was also easy to get a grab/car to the old town and i enjoyed the change in scenery at the apartment. the room was satisfactory as well, with a comfortable bed and shower. there were also two friendly dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable :) highly recommend the apartment to travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay....
